Summer Solstice

Hello Everyone... Blessed Summer Solstice 🥰What do you have lined up for the summer? Did you celebrate with anything special? I was honoured to hold space, stillness and calm with a wonderful sound bath meditation. Everyone enjoyed a yoga class by the river then came to relax to some gentle soothing sounds. I then spent the rest of the evening with friends at the locks in Geldeston.. June has been incredibly busy so far alongside some stressful situations but I'm currently enjoying a wonderful break in Shrewsbury with hubby.. Celebrating our 2nd wedding anniversary. It's beautiful here, so much to see and explore. We are enjoying a well needed break. On my return I will be holding the Chakra workshop, during which a bundle of key knowledge will be shared to support your wellbeing and align your inner energy. Spaces still currently available..
