Hello, I'm Sarah Lou, welcome and thank you for popping by to look at my space on the world wide web.
I have been on a wild journey for last 42years and it still feels as if it's only now beginning....
I am not going lie, I am nowhere near where I thought I would be but am exactly where I should be! I can honestly say that I love the life I have.
But... this didn't come easy. I’m still very much on my journey and I believe that I will forever keep growing, learning, evolving, sharing, and hopefully inspiring others along the way.
My Journey followed a familiar pattern of childhood trauma, teenage rebellion, parental divorce, always wondering if I would ever truly fit in, 3 children before 21years of age, abusive relationships and ill health. Despite these challenges I have always kept fighting my way up like a true warrior!
I have always been a local lass as they say and have lived in Halesworth for the last 22 years. Before that I spent my childhood growing up in a near by village, Wissett. I love being part of a small community and working with local individuals and small businesses in the area, making such change to my community is close to my heart.
It was through my own personal journey of chronic illness, burn out and traumas that led me to find alternative and complimentary therapies and has inspired me to support and motivate others.
I have been a multi platformed entrepreneur for 9 years in a diverse range of circumstances. I communicate with and work well with people of all ages having had a clientele age range from 18 months - 94 years old! Since going self-employed my work has mainly been through word of mouth, my reputation speaks for itself.
I am an enthusiastic, friendly & reliable individual who works hard to achieve set goals for myself and others. Being highly motivated and passionate about the work I do means I will really encourage the changes you need to help move you forward in life.
Outside of SarahLou's I am a mum of three adults, grandma to be, Newly wed and Director of Crazybuttonsvintage, a Mid-century furniture business which I have run with my partner since 2013.
I like to relax and unwind during my time off so spend a lot of it having complimentary treatments as well as catching up with loved ones. I do a bit of boxing at the gym as well as Yoga. I also love rock concerts and dancing! Balance is key in everything you do..
