Self-Care September

Morning beautiful souls and welcome to this months newsletter!I am mainly dropping in today to share some self care thoughts as we head into September

So lets talk a little about self -care.What does it mean to you.... take a breath, close your eyes and imagine that feeling of peace, calm and centredness.... What can you invite into your life to support that feeling?!Energised, Rested, Focused.... what emotions do you associate with feeling your best?! 

Sometimes it is as simple as the feeling of a fresh bed, saying no to plans, that chocolate brownie with your coffee break or even having the time to listen to your favourite music!

Types of self-care:

  • Physical self-care: Exercising regularly, maintaining a balanced diet, and ensuring a good nights sleep.

  • Mental self-care: Practicing mindfulness, managing stress, and seeking professional support when needed.

  • Emotional self-care: Having healthy relationships, expressing feelings, and setting your boundaries.

  • Spiritual - Engaging in practices that align you with a sense of purpose and connection.

Another part for me with self care is also embracing every day.... It's taking 15 minutes to reset and readjust. Bring calm and clarity in to busy times.It's reading when I want to escape into a story, wearing my favourite clothes, telling people I love them!Check out my workbooks here to see what could support you and your self care priorities.Incorporating self-care into your routine is essential for maintaining a balanced and fulfilling life. 


EventsI am excited to share I have 2 collaboration events upcoming over the next 2 months.Reiki Infused Soundscape Journey & a Pilates Flow Sound MeditationThese experiences are the perfect opportunity to immerse yourself in relaxation. 


There are also still spaces for next Sunday's sound bath but only 2 October retreat spots left!I am looking forward to stepping into September by offering you moments of self care with our full moon sound baths, spirit guide workshop and new term relaxation  class.
