Hello Lovelies... It is unbelievable to think that we're heading into November next week. I was literally in a summer dress, pumps and shades yesterday, it was a glorious afternoon of Autumnal sunshine!
We know that this time of year is really about slowing down, the days shorter the nights at longer. It is a time for cosy blankets, hot chocolates and fire but how the clock seems to have quickened. Personally I haven't worked as much as I would like as I've been suffering with a chronic headache for about a month now so I'm really struggling to figure out why time seems to be speeding up when my days have been slow and long!
These beautiful flowers have brought me many moments of joy as I have admired them each time I walk past...What has made you smile lately...
On a personal level I'm also currently also living amongst chaos....We have had no kitchen for over a week, every room in the house is impacted on but I'm ok with it.... A few years ago this could have been a real activation for me, I struggle with change, chaos and everything is so untidy and messy....but It will happen when it happen...it's like long term cooking and camping in the house! I also actually love doing DIY!!

I love getting out in the crisp air for walks, snapping pictures of nature as I go along... I have also been enjoying some full moon bathing! Samhain is approaching and I am looking forward to having time and space for some more spiritual activities!
I have to shout out again to all my lovely ladies, the energy that we've been sharing recently is really quite magical. I am especially grateful that during one to one's, workshops and events that we do always take that time too slow down to be with ourselves, to be in that moment...I think that I can confidently say how blessed we are feeling to have found each other 💕✨
