Relaxing & Calming

Sound Healing session involves using sound vibrations to relax your mind and body.

Your body is made up of 75% water, and water which is a great conductor for sound vibration. When these vibrations travel through your body, they promote circulation, energy flow, and rejuvenation and the frequency of the sound synchronises with your brainwaves and activates destress responses in your body and mind.

Epilepsy. Pregnancy. Implants or plates in the body (metal plates, pins, ball joints in particular) – please check with a medical professional whether a sound bath is safe for you.
