Sound Bath Meditations use of specific instruments, music, tones, and other sonic vibrations to balance and soothe the body, mind, and spirit. It involves using specialized sound frequencies to create a therapeutic atmosphere to promote deep rest, nervous system rebalancing, and emotional release. 1 Hour Full Sound Journey - Your Investment £175 Experience the full spectrum of sound with this signature journey into deep rest and connection. Includes Guided Mediation, Buffalo Drum, Crystal & Tibetan Alu singing bowls, Zaphir Chimes and Earth Gong for a deepened experience. 1.5 Hour - Extended Sound Experience - £225 30 Minutes Yin Unwind - Coming Soon - £50 - Beginning by getting comfortable on a mat or chair, with pillows, blanket, eye masks - Encouraging gentle stretching to allow release of tension. - Using a body and mind connection whether this be through tightening and releasing of the muscles or taking the breath into the body. - Once settled and completely relaxed you will then enjoy the sound section of this experience. - To finish gently awaken, allowing time to let the relaxation sink in. With the relaxation and calm space we create your mind and body will restore a healthy flow of energy and balance. Cancellation Policy
- All Event and workshop bookings are non refundable unless cancelled by the practitioner. I appreciate that unforeseen circumstances can arise and sympathise with any need to cancel. However, please note that unfortunately, I’m unable to provide refunds. - For 121 sessions - 72 hours’ notice is required for all cancellations. Cancellations with less than 72 hours notice will be charged in full. - If the time of a planned session is cut short at the client’s discretion, then full payment must still be made. - An agreed rate will be agreed and paid at the end of each session either in cash, by cheque, PayPal or bank transfer. - By making your booking you agree you have no contraindications and have read and agree to SarahLou's Disclaimer and Terms & Conditions
