Join us to gather in circle to honour the cycles of mother nature.. To bring together strong women, to empower and support one another.

What Happens in a Moon Circle

• Meditation: Sessions will begin with grounding breathwork or a guided meditation to calm the mind.

• Intention Setting: We will set goals during the moon phases and focus on releasing things that no longer serve.

• Sharing: Attendees sit in a safe, supportive space to talk openly, listen, and share wisdom.

• Rituals: Groups often use altars, candles, journaling, crystals and oracle cards.
