This one-day workshop  is relaxed and informal. 

You will receive a comprehensive manual in advance which introduces you to the history of Reiki and covers everything you need to know for this level.  On completion of your course you will find your manual a useful guide to refer to.

During the morning SarahLou will guide you through the manual giving you the opportunity to ask questions to deepen your learning. In the afternoon, you will receive your attunement and then enjoy the opportunity to practice your new skills. 

You will then be qualified to Level 1 Reiki, able to begin your journey offering self-treatment and to friends and family.

The self-development and Reiki share session will be around 4 weeks after your workshop.

This is so the enrgy of your attunement can settle. 

Daily practice is encouraged.

Keep a journal of your experience during this time. 

Some students decide to stay at this level, however you may be inspired to develop your Reiki skills further with Level 2 Reiki, so that you can work as a Reiki Practitioner.

This indivudal workshops are held at The Zen Den (My home cabin in Halesworth)

Group sessions are at The Harmony Centre in Walpole or The Huntingfield Hub..

Bring your own lunch, snacks and drinks provided. £75 deposit can be paid to secure your space as soon as official dates are released.

To complete Level 2 (Second Degree) with SarahLou, you will need :

A minimum of 9 months since completion of Level 1

Evidence of your Reiki Level 1 Certificate

To display an understanding of Reiki and regular practice.
