Held on the Second Sunday of every month, this is a perfect opportunity to immerse yourself in relaxation. 

Sarahlou will guide you through the whole session, you just have to get comfortable and lay down for an hour.

• Enjoy a subtle essential oil blends, soft eye pillows, and a warming atmosphere as you immerse yourself into your space.
