Monday's Relaxation Class

Come experience a calming and peaceful relaxation class with Sarahlou.

In this class, you will be guided through a combination of mindfulness techniques, gentle movements and other tools to reduce stress and help you find a calming balance.

This monthly class is open to everyone and is the perfect way to restore peace and harmony throughout body and mind.

A gentle class. Perfect to support those with long term chronic health challenges, reduced mobility and to soothe a busy or stressed mind!  

Held at The Harmony Centre in Walpole, a wonderful venue perfect for this relaxation experience.  Bring a blanket, Pillow and any other personal comforts ( I can provide these at you request and have mats and cushions to hand)
