About the event
Come experience a calming and peaceful relaxation class with Sarahlou. In this class, you will be guided through a combination of mindfulness techniques and movements to reduce stress and help you find a calming balance. Some techniques we will use:
Meditation
Subtle Essenital Oils
Stretches
Breathwork
This monthly class is open to everyone and is the perfect way to restore peace and harmony throughout body and mind.
