What Happens in a Moon Circle

• Meditation: Sessions will usually begin with grounding breathwork or a guided meditation to calm the mind.

• Intention Setting: We will set goals during a new moon or focus on releasing things that no longer serve them during a full moon.

• Sharing: Attendees sit in a safe, supportive space to talk openly, listen, and share wisdom.

• Rituals: Groups often use altars, candles, journaling, crystals, or gentle movement
