During these sessions we can embrace any or all 3 of these healing methods. ​Crystal Healing addresses the person as a whole - paying as much attention to your spiritual and emotional wellbeing as to your physical health. It is a non-invasive, relaxing, natural and enjoyable process Crystal Healing is an ancient energy-based healing system concerned with treating the person holistically through the precise placement of crystals on the body and in the surrounding treatment room. Crystal Healing works on the theory that crystals have their own unique electromagnetic vibrations. These are used to draw out and release as well as restore and rejuvenate energy levels. Reiki is a centuries-old healing practice that works to restore balance and harmony holistically. During a session, you will be guided through breathing exercises & a short guided meditation to relax and open your energy pathways, then receive a full Reiki session that will bring balance and alignment to your body and mind. Leave feeling relaxed and refreshed. Chakras are spinning disks of energy that should stay “open” and aligned, as they correspond to bundles of nerves, major organs, and areas of our energetic body that affect our emotional and physical well-being. We can work independently in depth on specific Chakras using a range of energy work, scents, crystals and other tools or support a chakra balance through the 7 systems. Chakra Balancing is the process of restoring a harmonious flow of energy. Sessions take place at my home cabin in Halesworth - The Zen Den. Appointments at The Harmony Centre can be arranged. There is additional availability that is not shown on my calendar so please message directly if you need something different to suit your schedule.

Cancellation Policy

- All Event Bookings and Pica Crystal Healing sessions are non refundable unless cancelled by the practitioner. I appreciate that unforeseen circumstances can arise and sympathise with any need to cancel. However, please note that unfortunately, I’m unable to provide refunds. - For 121 sessions - 72 hours’ notice is required for all cancellations. Cancellations with less than 72 hours notice will be charged in full. - If the time of a planned session is cut short at the client’s discretion, then full payment must still be made. - By making your booking you agree you have no contraindications and have read and agree to SarahLou's Disclaimer and Terms & Conditions
